Tiny Humans, Tired Parents

FREE 6-Week New Parent Support Group

This is a space for new parents with babies under 12 months who are looking for connection, not perfection. You might be sleep-deprived, overwhelmed, full of questions, or just craving real talk with other people who get it. You don’t have to have it all together to be here.

Maybe you’re not sure therapy is right for you right now, but you still want support. Maybe you’ve got advice coming at you from every direction—your parents, your friends with older kids, your social feed, but what you’re really longing for is connection with someone who is in the thick of it right now, just like you.

This group is a place to share honestly, listen deeply, and feel less alone. It’s a place where you can show up exactly as you are—messy bun, spit-up shirt, feelings and all—and be met with compassion, understanding, and maybe even some much-needed laughter.

Each week, we’ll begin with a short mindfulness practice and explore topics like postpartum identity, relationships, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and realistic self-care. You’ll leave feeling a little more grounded, more seen, and more connected—to yourself, and to others.

This initiative is sponsored by Mother Care Support. Space provided by NooNoo.
