In our work together I might -

  • Guide you through grounding or breathing exercises

  • Help you learn to regulate your nervous system in real time

  • Offer education about anxiety, intrusive thoughts, trauma or parenthood - depending on what you are navigating

  • Share local resources or referrals if it feels helpful, because I believe in building your village

There is no one size fits all approach to therapy. You will find I like to take an integrative approach, meaning I pull from various evidence based therapies. A few of my favorites include mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
