FAQs
What are your rates for therapy?
Individual therapy sessions are $175 for a 50-minute session.
Do you accept insurance?
I am not currently in network with insurance providers.
Do you offer superbills?
Yes. If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
If you’re unsure how reimbursement works, you’re welcome to ask, I’m glad to talk it through with you. Please note that I’m unable to submit claims directly to insurance companies on your behalf.
What should I do if I’m in crisis?
While I’m here to support clients in therapy, I do not offer emergency or on-call services.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911 or contact the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing or texting 988.
You may also contact the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Santa Rosa at (707) 565-4970, located at 2225 Challenger Way.
Your safety is the priority, and these resources are available 24/7.
